Company Information
Jadebox is Packaging is a division of a large plastic company that has been around for over 32 years. We provide wide range of food packaging and industrial packaging solution to customers. We focus on OEM and ODM manufacture. As a leading packaging supplier, Jadebox Packaging is dedicated in manufacturing & worldwide export. We now have about 180 employees and several production sites in Taiwan and Vietnam. Jadebox have multiple strategic partners range from film suppliers, thermoformers, print shops and other packaging fabricators. With this strong partnership between different companies, Jadebox Packaging is able to provide wide range of competitive products that a single supplier can’t match. Integration of diverse resource is the key to our success.
Jadebox Packaging has its own extruders and calendars. We produce our own PVC film and PET film for thermoforming. Combining our expertise in thermoforming and film production, we are able to create value for our customer. We continue to expand our capacity to each year in order to serve the best interest for you.

Our new headquarter is currently under construction and will be ready in July 2011. It is a 3 floor building which employee several state of art green building technologies. It has a positive air ventilation system, a rain water recycle system and a solar panel system that powers the office light fixtures. These are just small things that Jadebox do to join the affect to reduce carbon footprint. |
Packaging Division
This Division is in charge of the manufacturing of all packaging goods. We currently manufacture in Taiwan and Vietnam. We currently have 4 state of art pressure forming machines that is capable of producing about 18 millions pieces of 1lb strawberry container per month. Each machine has a pressure forming area of 1 meter x 1 meter. We specialized in making produce and deli containers with clean side vents. Forming, punching and trimming are all done online in a single process. We plan to double our capacity in 2011. We also have smaller thermoforming machines that are capable of taking on smaller volumes with frequent tooling changes. Our manufacturing process runs 24/7.

Film Division
The Film Division is in charge of the manufacturing of PVC and PET films. We currently have 2 large Japanese/German PVC calendar and 6 PET extruders and one PET granule extrusion line. We are capable of production 2500 tons of PVC and 1400 ton of PET per month. Our manufacturing process runs 24/7.

Sales Division
The Sales Division is in charge of sales of film and packaging products. There are packaging and film team, each in charge of a different product line. Locally, we have four warehouses and a dedicated logistic team that handles the entire trucking requirement. We also have a sales team and a warehouse in Vietnam. We export worldwide and we continue to expand our customer database.
